NLP, Hypnotherapy, Thought Field Therapy, Aromatherapy, Reiki Sessions Terms & Conditions

In these terms and conditions terms the “Company” and/or “We/Therapist” refer to Thoughts Matter, Beverly Chappell. Client refers to you.

On booking your appointment you will be given confirmation of costs, cancellation policy, payment details etc which you should read and make sure you are happy with. Along with your payment you will be asked to give your contact details. This will then form an agreement between you and the Company for your therapy.

Successful outcomes rely on both you as the client and the Therapist working together – this includes your commitment and motivation for change to achieve outcomes and your ‘opt-in’ for the self-work involved and on time attendance to booked sessions..

You accept that treatment is offered on the basis of the information you supply, which you represent and warrant to be complete and truthful.

Ongoing sessions will always be discussed with you and you will have the right to express your preferences regarding your treatment plan and timeframe.

You are free to end or withdraw from therapy at any time. The cost of any sessions paid for in advance but not used will be refunded on request, subject to my cancellation policy. Refunds will reflect the actual price paid if special offers have been used.

Your therapy session will last approximately 60-90 minutes. Please allow yourself enough time for this.  For In Person consultations, please be aware there is no waiting area for clients to arrive early or await for pick up after their session.

For both Online and In Person consultations,  If you are running late, please let us know as soon as possible.  We will do our best to make a full session available, but this often depends on appointments following your booking and so cannot be guaranteed.

We appreciate at least 48 hours notice if you need to reschedule or cancel your appointment, so that we may offer it to someone else and we provide a full refund for cancellations with over 48 hours notice.  The charge for sessions cancelled with between 48 and 24 hours notice will be 50%.  There will be no refund for cancellations with less than 24-hours notice or for ‘No-shows’

If you wish to cancel then please amend your Calendly booking if made via our website, phone or email immediately.

The Company reserves the right to cancel an appointment at their sole discretion, this will only be in exceptional circumstances and as much notice as is possible will be given and a full refund will be provided.  The Company shall not be liable for any further financial or other consequences of the cancellation.

We will always do our best to help you achieve a successful outcome to your therapy. However, you accept that an agreement to work on an issue does not mean that a particular outcome to therapy can be guaranteed. Fees are payable for your sessions and the time and expertise of the therapist, regardless of the outcome. Results may differ from person to person.

Please advise the therapist if you have any medical conditions relating to either your physical or mental health. If the therapist feels it is important that you obtain medical advice prior to proceeding with any of the therapies on offer, it is important that you carry out this request. With pain management or physical symptom control sessions, if you wish to reduce or stop any medication then you are advised to ensure you discuss this with your healthcare providers before taking any such action. Your therapy sessions does not replace medical advice and assistance in anyway.
