No obligation and no fee. A fact finding session that acts as a precursor to plan suitable NLP and Hypnotherapy positive change sessions. I will gain an insight to where you are now, and where you want to be, and you have the opportunity to go through any queries you may have.
You will need a quiet space to chat and a good internet connection, so we can get the most out of this session. I will go through what you can expect about the process moving forward. Allow about 15-20 minutes. The video chat will take place over ‘whatsapp’ or ‘facetime’.

Online Therapy Session

Suitable for NLP, Hypnotherapy and Thought Field Therapy positive change work.
Allow between 60-75 minutes. Online sessions will by default take place through ‘whatsapp’ or ‘facetime’ and you will be supplied prior information on how to join the meeting. You will need a quiet space, and a robust internet connection.
In person Therapy session

Suitable for NLP, Hypnotherapy and Thought Field Therapy positive change work
Allow between 60-75 minutes. In Person sessions will take place at my home based clinic near Market Deeping, South Lincolnshire. I will send you details after booking.
Reiki treatment

Giving you time to pause, relax and energetically reset. Allow 50-60 minutes. Sessions will take place from my home based clinic near Market Deeping. I will forward you details after booking.
Reiki Courses

Learn Reiki, so you can be a channel and give yourself and others Reiki energy healing. My courses are normally for 2-4 students and therefore provide plenty of time and attention to learning, attunements and comprehensive practice, ensuring you are comfortable and capable to work with this positive universal energy. Chat to me about Reiki 1 level, which initiates you into harnessing Universal energy for positive healing for self and others. Reiki 2 level can follow, if you wish to become a practitioner and Master and Teacher levels give you further enhancements and abilities to tune in to Reiki and to pass your learning to others.

Includes 2 intensive 1 to 1 sessions (lasting between 2.5 hours and 3 hours between them), either online through Zoom or face to face in Lincolnshire PE6, home instructions, and written material. In addition a supplementary post programme 1 hour session is offered at reduced rates if requested.
Vouchers
Please get in touch and we can get one organised to your requirements. Vouchers are valid for 12 months. The recipient will be asked to get in touch with me to redeem and if they are having NLP/Hypnotherapy, an exploratory video chat will be conducted with them prior to sessions being booked.
